We are an RCVS accredited, small animal veterinary practice with 3 branches based in and around Cardiff. We believe that to give our patients and clients the best possible care, we need to look after each other!
We are looking for a vet to join our friendly team. Our vets work across our main hospital and branches on a shared rota, with a mix of consulting, surgical and inpatient work.
We have a local out of hours provider for our calls overnight, however we keep our inpatients with nursing care overnight to minimise transport for our poorly patients.
We won’t bore you with a list of all the things we have, but as a modern, first opinion small animal practice we have all the equipment you would expect! For more information just ask.
The Role:
The full-time role is a four-day week with a 1 in 5 shared Saturday rota (40 hours/week). Part time candidates will also be considered.
The Team:
We have a large team (18 vets and 19 nurses) with a range of experience, including several certificate holders (both vets and RVNs). We are very supportive of each other and focus on team wellbeing. We have won the VetPartners wellbeing award 2024 and were shortlisted for a SPVS wellbeing award in 2024 also.

Cardiff is a fantastic place to live and work – we have all the amenities of city life, including fantastic eateries plus plenty of events and attractions. We also have easy access to the mountains of the Brecon Beacons and the beautiful coastline of South Wales.
