We are looking for an RVN to join our friendly team.
Broughton Veterinary Group is a well-established, RCVS and Cat Friendly accredited veterinary practice with two small animal branches based in Broughton Astley and Lutterworth.
Our Lutterworth branch has recently undergone a complete refurbishment with state-of-the-art equipment including two theatres, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, separate cat and kennel wards amongst others.
The Role:
You would be joining a team of seven Registered Veterinary Nurses, one Student Veterinary Nurse, and one Animal Care Assistant, alongside ten Vets and a large team of Receptionists.
The role would include all aspects of veterinary nursing including theatre practice, ward nursing, nurse consults, laboratory work and schedule 3 procedures.
Special interests are welcomed and CPD encouraged with some of our current nurses currently undertaking certificates which include surgical, diagnostic imaging, and emergency and critical care.
- Salary – up to £27,700 depending on experience
- 37 hours/week – based on a 4 day week
- Saturday morning rota – 1 in 4 max. (currently 1 in 7 dependent on nurse numbers)
