Rob Williams MVB CertSAS MRCVS

Head of organisational development

Rob qualified as a vet from University College Dublin in 2001 and has worked in small animal practice in the UK ever since.

In 2004 he completed a 1-year internship at the Small Animal Teaching Hospital at Glasgow Vet School and in 2007 he joined the Minster Veterinary Practice in York.

In 2008 he passed his RCVS Certificate in Small Animal Surgery. From 2013-2015 he worked in orthopaedic referral practices until his return to Minster in 2015 as a clinical director.

In 2017 he became education director at VetPartners and has led a number of education related initiatives including an EMS Programme for undergraduate students, a Graduate Development Programme for newly qualified vets that join VetPartners and a Managers Development Programme. He also works to foster relationships with Universities and currently sits as a lay member on the University of York’s Animal Welfare and Ethics Review Board and the University of Surrey School of Veterinary Medicine’s IMR Education Group Committee.

He is now head of organisational development at VetPartners.
